I've added a new calendar function to the site. You can view the calendar using the link in the navbar. When you create a thread for an event, forum meet or photo opportunity you can now add it to the calendar using the link in the "Thread tools" drop-down menu. This calendar entry will then link directly to your thread. I hope you find it useful

My thread is already created, but you can add Tuesday September 29th if you like. Somewhere in the Lake District - possibly Blea Tarn, The Boulders, Rydal Water and Falls, Grasmere and back to Derwentwater for sunset
You add a calendar entry for your thread by using the option in the "Thread tools" drop down list at the top right of your original post. Assuming members can access that?
