I could have cropped it a bit tighter as the background's a bit messy but there is a bit of noise so I opted to keep the image a bit larger and cleaner and stuck with a standard portrait crop

Strategically placed pyracantha is working well for some added colour

And it comes with copy space too for the magazine's front cover. An excellent shot.

Crisp, clear, well composed, beautiful subject and setting. The subtle snow gives added narrative here.
