Years ago, a chap who sold me a Canon Eos dslr threw a cheap, plasticky EF 28-90mm f4 lens in with it as a 'freebie'. I consigned it to the back of a drawer without ever using it, and this morning I turned it up when looking for summat else. Out of curiosity, thought I'd try it out on a trip to Southport.
