The Midland Hotel

    The old Art Deco Midland Hotel taken from the Stone Jetty in Morecambe this afternoon. It's VERY posh inside!

    A good angle on it...and nice to see the birdlife too (and their more arty friends below).

  5. Nice composition. The hotel looks a bit tired not surprising since its been there for a while. Also believe it has been in several films/series.
  6. Good point of view.
    They did a great job when they did the refurbishment, it was starting to look very tired.
    As the little cafe at the end of the jetty opened up, used to be a cracking little cafe, but sadly closed the last time I went.

    Some friends of ours priced up 5 days there for the two of them.

    They took the family to Spain for two weeks for less :rude::rofl:
