That's me with my Executive Director of Workforce Amanda Oates and my CEO, Prof Joe Rafferty CBE. We're modelling the book I edited with/for/on behalf of them which is out tomorrow. It's about our work in the field of "Restorative Culture" where we're seen as major leaders. Basically, if something goes 'wrong' in a big organisation, we ask who are impacted, what their needs are and whose obligation it is to meet those needs. Rather than sacking folk or not understanding the causes and how to learn from them: it saves money but also supports the workforce. Missing is the amazing Dutch professor who is the world lead on this. Based in Australia, we've had many early/late calls whilst working on the book, which has contributions from politicians and international experts. And a few stray typos.
