Clear plastic

I saw this in an email someone sent me and gave it a try. You need clear plastic cutlery and wine glass, a laptop with a pure white background, scrunched up plastic (the type that covers some fruits etc) and a circular polarising filter. Camera on a tripod in portrait mode f8 1/60th and about ISO 400. The scrunched up plastic goes in front of the laptop screen and by turning the lens filter, you get different effects.

It's very colourful, the spoons are the best.
