Sigma 75-300 f4.5-5.6 APO AF Nikon fit

I bought this lens on Ebay but unfortunately for me it will not AF on a D40 body. I got some good shots with it on manual but decided to buy Nikon AF one.
If anyone wants it or would like more info please PM me. It is still in origional box and hard case, even origional guarantee card. It has been used.

Are you sure it isn't 70-300mm rather then 75mm?

If it's the 70-300mm it's one of the best budget priced zooms out there. Highly recommended.

Says 75 0n the box, and on the lens.

Right - got it - a much older model than the one I've used.

Seems to have a good rep though.
