I'm looking at my Pentax SLR, and wondering whether it might be worth sticking some film in it and having a go with some pics. I've had it so long that I don't think I could sell it, and even if I did I doubt I'd get much for it now.

I've learned alot more in the last month or so since I went digital than I ever did in the 10 years of having this camera

Would you guys recommend it? Would it be worth going black and white (the one thing digital seems to have a problem with)? Any suggestions?

Works for me!

I use an old Nikon 35mm SLR for B&W these days - and purely for the fun and joy of doing everything manually.

Try Ilford XP2 film- it's B7W but you process it as a colour film. Boots do mine just fine - I get 36 7x5" prints and a CD for £6.99
