Week 4: Vic Sq, Dome:

Old and new sit comfortably side by side in Victoria Square, Northern Ireland’s biggest and brightest new shopping centre. The dazzling glass dome is also a viewing gallery where you can look across the Belfast rooftops and over at the Belfast Wheel. The quaint, Victorian Jaffe Fountain is a centrepiece at the front door, returned to the same spot where it stood in 1870.

Inside Victoria Square, there are two floor levels, with ninety eight shops, a soon to be opened cinema and a dozen eateries. With Northern Ireland’s first House of Fraser store, here you will also find the first Northern Ireland openings for prestigious brands Pumpkin Patch, All Saints, Firetrap and Hardy Amies.

This one took a second to load on my screen, and as it rolled down the page, I was wondering if there was a punchline to it to really finish it off.

There is! Middle bottom. Nice! Good one.

I bet you could spend a day photographing around this building. I liked the one you posted a few weeks ago from inside and now anthor good one from outside. The guy really shows the scale of the place.

Yes thats a cracker,
One guy at the bottom makes it. None or 2 or more would not be as striking
