I thowt so , My mate used to own loads of those and some Japanese quail until I rescued a greater black backed gull from the flash that was ill looking ,so put it in his Aviary overnight, next morning all we found was a few feathers and a rampant Greater Black backed gull that tried to rip our heads off ,when we tried to grab it. we got it out of the aviary ,and it flew off down the Avenue in Leigh heading back towards the flash ,none the worse for its night eating quail and Zebra finches.
I used to have these as pets and even bred them (well they chose to breed it wasn't planned!) really nice little budgies...nice shot of one too
