Respect. Having been part of the organising team for a remembrance event like this for a number of years, I now know the wonderful mixture of honour, humour and dedication that goes into it and which the veterans exhibit in spades. The November light is a troublesome companion but at least it was dry and clear for their big parade and the images that follow. Excellent close expressions and angles on show here in a crisp and vivid set.
Tricky lighting but a great record of the day. No 6 is clever, as it is almost the technique used to show fallen comrades, but without photoshop
Great to see Harry present,what I like about this set are the shots of persons present having a laugh and a banter yet still all aware of the significance of the event......This is what those who fought and died for.
