Kentish Plover

Discussion in 'Flora & fauna' started by jon_t, Oct 7, 2019.

  1. The talk of the Southport Kentish Plover found a few days ago made me look back at the shots from Audenshaw Res Manchester 2016 when this stunner turned up inland. A mega rare site and a real beauty I caught in the last of the evening light before dusk. Raw shot processed for the first time today. Old shot but it stopped me bothering to go to Southport for a 200 yard away digiscoped shot as this bird was about 20 feet away all evening. This was the first ever in the County .
