...and we have the latest iteration of Photoshop CC. With a rounded new icon on the desktop.

Anyone using it yet? Any major revelations?

And, for starters, how many megs of ram or history states do you allow yourself? :geek:

I couldn’t do my job without it :)
  7. Just upgraded, downloaded or changed whichever is the right phrase age.

I let PS use 50 of my RAMs, and as @Oy says it was rapid!!!

Just now I have two versions installed: last year's and this new one. I'll uninstall 2019 once I have done a few mangles in the new one.

Anyone got views on the amount of ram to let it use?

It says here that "the higher value of cache level speeds up the display process" - thoughts?

And what news from the world of the non-Photoshopper? One of the reasons I upgraded my machine and PS was to keep pace with the raw file changes. Well, it was a good excuse! For a while, some of you may recall, I had to convert everything to DNG first. This was because my old Mac's OS wouldn't allow the later Photoshop version that could read new raw files.

That I fully understand you being a Pro and me a simple hobbyist.;)
  13. My PS just updated to the 2020 version. I checked on the memory and it is 71% of the 32GB system memory. The cache levels and history states are the same as depicted by @Dvorak
