The Horizon Police are here. And we're cool. I really do love the story this shot paints, the colours and the almost timeless street scene, simple and clean. Alas, it's not crisp as an image: I can't see any exif and I appreciate the low light but more ISO and more speed I think needed.
Not the sharpest but that doesn't really bother me, there's something about this photo the cool blue sky, warm colour of the street lamps and the loan figure, it could be a Christmas card. I like it a lot.
